CST Global has signed a Master Purchase Agreement with a prominent, North American, cloud services provider

Sivers IMA Holdings AB (Nasdaq First North: SIVE) subsidiary CST Global, a leading, independent, III-V opto-electronic, semiconductor foundry, today announced that it has signed a full, Master Purchase Agreement (MPA) with a prominent, North American, cloud services provider. CST Global is to deliver opto-electronic devices, essential to the deployment of next-generation and Hyperscale data centers.

CST Global has also received a sample production order, as part of the MPA framework, to enable the evaluation of its opto-electronic devices.
